Library has been upgraded with books & encyclopedia dealing with study of natural resources, remote sensing, geographic information system, GPS technology, Computer programming modeling & topics related to space technology. Besides these, books on topics pertaining to Uttarakhand state are also there. Over and above the scientists, officers and staff of USAC, officials from government, non-government departments & students from engineering college, universities & other departments have been accessing the library facilities. Besides periodicals, newspapers & magazines, the library also has facilities like internet, CD Rom & Xerox.
